Laidback suburban neighborhood surrounded by open space

Welcome to South Boulder

South Boulder is a laidback area surrounded by ranchland and open space. South Boulder is great for families and commuters, offering quiet residential streets and miles of trails within 10 minutes of Downtown. South Boulder was first developed in the 1960s, and it retains its casual suburban vibe. The neighborhood is surrounded by working ranches, which remain largely unchanged from the city’s founding. South Boulder real estate mostly consists of ranch-style mid-century single-family homes.
